Huff Riesling Spatlese Trocken 2004 - The Hipping vineyard had a warm climate in 2004. The fermentation process produced a soft fruity wine with lots of peach, a little raspberry, petrol and mild acidity to provide complexity, great depth and finish. The wine stays fresh as you drink it. Dry enough for a diabetic there is a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste. The wine pairs well with fish, many spices, and white meats.
- Schwibinger Dornfelder Weissherbst Mild 2004 -From a family run winery with a 330 year tradition in the town of Nierstein, the mineral-rich red slate soils of the 'rote hang' steep slopes of the riverfront produce some of the greatest wines in the world. Made from 100% Dornfelder grapes, this rose wine impresses with its vibrant color, and its combination of floral and fruit flavors. Its low acidity makes it a great choice for those with sensitive stomachs. The bouquet has cherries and forest berries. The flavor is lightly sweet. The wine pairs well with barbecues and any occasion. Serve chilled.
