- Broman Cellars Sauvignon Blanc 2004 - This white wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the esteemed Beckstoffer property, Melrose Vineyards at St. Helena in Napa Valley. "Absolutely NO OAK!" is Bob Broman's motto for this grape. The wine was cold fermented in small stainless steel tanks with no malolactic fermentation or barrel aging. This has been described as the quintessential Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Bright grapefruit and Meyer lemon flavors are framed by delicate hints of gooseberry and herbal aromas. The tasty citrus leads the way into a clean, smooth finish. The fresh acidity in this wine will hold up to warm weather cuisine such as shellfish, artichokes, and fresh salads, wintertime lighter meals, and this is also the perfect porch wine for those hot, sticky summer days.. Oak Hollow Chardonnay 2002 - Aged six months in French Oak, this full-bodied white giving a lot of fig and ripe tropical fruit character. Delivers a clean crisp finish and expresses a very pleasant grapey aroma. A stylistic wine made to be served chilled. Pair it with mild cheeses, fruits, and buttered seafood. Excellent with fish and pasta dishes such as Fettuccini Alfredo.

Oak Hollow Viognier 2002 - This delicious full-bodied white varietal opens fragrantly with notes of anise and honeysuckle alongside the more tropical elements expressed of pear, apricot, and pineapple. Structure is provided through a citrus and mineral core. The finish is crisp and balanced making this a wonderful accompaniment to a sweet seafood dish or butter-based sauce. - Sadler-Wells Chardonnay 2004 - This is the first release of Chardonnay; the estate vineyard is now mature and replete with all the finest attributes Carneros has to offer. This is a classic chardonnay in a burgundian style. The wine was aged for 16 months sur lies in 50% new French oak and 50% neutral containers. There was 100% malo-lactic fermentation. The result shows citrus, apple, and tropical fruit flavors perfectly balanced by toasty oak, vanilla, and buttery components.

- Victor Hugo Viognier 2005 - This white wine is 100% Viognier which had lees contact during a 4-month period in new Hungarian and older French oak barrels. The 2005 season followed a wet winter that reinvigorated the vines, and judicious cluster thinning produced small clusters that had a longer than normal hang time. This produced grapes that created lush, incredibly rich wine. The fruit was harvested by hand and then whole cluster pressed while still cool. The lees contact in oak provided a richer mouth feel and allowed the wine to be bottled with minimal filtration. The nose displays aromas of honeysuckle and ripe apricots with elusive hints of almond blossom. The palate is fresh and full, showing rich concentration with a long, lush finish. Goes well with soft ripe cheeses, spicy Asian cuisine as well as scallops, oysters, and lobster. Winemaker Victor Hugo Roberts. Family owned and estate bottled. 446 cases produced. - Broman Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2001 - This red wine is made from 96% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the esteemed Beckstoffer Dr. Crane vineyard in St. Helena as well as the sought-after Georges III Vineyard in Rutherford, both in Napa Valley. The wine is rounded out with fruit from Oak Knoll district and blended with 4% Merlot for added smoothness and complexity. This wine was aged in a mix of 30% new and 2 to 5 year-old French oak barrels for 24 months. Aromas of plum, pomegranate, and cranberry fruits with traces of cocoa, leather, and cedar. Elegance in a bottle; complex, smooth, and supple. Soft well-integrated tannins; full, rich flavors of ripe fruit, hints of cocoa and toasty oak without overpowering the fruit. Additional bottle aging before release provides the consumer with an approachable wine now. Check out the long, velvety finish. 727 cases produced. Winemaker Bob Broman. Wine Spectator rating - 90 points: Intensely concentrated, with ripe, pure, vivid currant, black cherry, and blackberry flavors that are bright and lively, with excellent acidity and firm tannins. - Broman Cellars Syrah 2001 - This blockbuster red wine is made from 100% Syrah grapes grown in the Oak Knoll appellation in north Napa Valley and Yountville appellation. Hand-crafted in small lots. The wine was aged in a combination new and used French oak barrels 18 months before bottling. Jammy. Leathery notes are followed by cocoa and spicy aromas. This wine is extremely full-bodied with a nicely integrated tannins. Rich blackberry flavors and meaty undertones lead the way to an extended finish. Broman Syrah is the perfect wine to serve with lamb, rib eye, or tri tip on the grill. Dean & Deluca's Doug Wilder named winemaker Bob Broman "Winemaker of the Year" 3 years in a row and all three of his wines made the top 20 list every year. Oak Hollow Zinfandel 2001 - A delicious, full-bodied red expressing fancy oak, wild berries and floral notes hinting of violets and honeysuckle. Focused and fruity, with very delicate spicyness and a lingering finish. Very approachable with soft, ripe tannins and a sensuous plum note throughout. Wonderful with grilled meats and fusion-style cuisine. Serve slightly below room temperature. In short supply.

Juicy blackberry flavors complement the rich, velvety finish. 18 months of barrel aging creates complex tannins with structure. This wine is perfect with creamy, rich cheeses, currants, tomatoes, beef, lamb and duck dishes, pork and veal, fish and shellfish such as trout, bass, mussels and shrimp, and vegetables such as squash, carrots and broccoli and Portobello mushrooms. Prospero Central Coast Merlot 1999 - This Merlot is a melange of rich berry nuances, raspberry, blackberry with hints of currant. Flavors of cocoa and espresso bean give to this Merlot lively acidity. 18 months of barrel aging creates soft tannins with structure. The finish is delightful and quite complex. This Merlot presents a great balance of pleasurable drinking and sophistication. The Prospero '99 vintage has received numerous accolades to include a gold medal in the Orange County Fair. Very limited.

Sadler-Wells Cabernet Sauvignon 2001 - This red wine is made from 100% cabernet sauvignon grapes from 3 different vineyards; the majority is from one in the Mayacamus mountain range that is truly a "gem" property, one in the Sonoma mountains,and one in the valley around Kenwood. The wine is aged 30 months in first- and second year French oak barrels. 2001 is the best growing season since 1997. The wine has a dark red color. The fragrance is soft and inviting. The long growing season brought excellent fruit concentration and firm yet soft tannins that lead to an elegant feminine finish. It goes will with robust meals that include meats as well as a delightful accompaniment to desserts, and particularly with chocolate.

Sadler-Wells Pinot Noir 2003 - This red wine is made from 100% pinot noir grapes grown in a single vineyard in Sonoma County. The wine is aged 18 months in first- and second-year French oak barriques and 12 months in the bottle before release. The wine has a deep red color. It is aromatically complex with the wild fruits of blackberry, cherry, strawberry, and rose petals. Dense with character and a rich, lush texture with maturity, balance, and elegance showing well now. The wine can be aged another 5-7 years. Only 508 cases made. It goes well with a variety of foods including roasted poultry, grilled salmon, duck, pasta with spicy red sauce, and medum cheeses.
- Victor Hugo Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 - is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and has undergone malolactic fermentation and was aged in French and Hungarian oak for 25 months. It has intense aromas of bing cherry and ripe plum complimented by a background of spicy oak. Rich flavors with layers of large, soft tannins interlocking with rich oak flavors and a long, rich finish. This elegant wine will compliment a large array of fodd dishes, but is best with beef, pork, and chocolate desserts. Winemaker Victor Hugo Roberts. - Victor Hugo Hunchback 2004 - This wine is 50% Malbec, 30% Syrah, and 20% Petit Verdot. The 2004 season had an erratic set and some shatter followed by a warm summer with a slightly earlier than normal harvest. The lower-than average yields produced grapes that created lush, incredibly rich wine. After hand harvesting, the grapes were crushed, fermented in separate batches, and left on the skins for an average of 18 days prior to pressing. Each variety was barrel-aged separately in French and Hungarian oak for 15 months before blending and bottling. Complex, exciting aromas created by multi-varietal blending. Hints of plum, rose petal, and wild sage are intertwined with spicy oak. Flavors are balanced and rich with layers of pleasantly assertive tannins overlaid with toasty oak. - Victor Hugo Merlot 2004 - This wine is 100% Merlot. The 2004 season had an
erratic set and some shatter followed by a warm summer with a slightly earlier than
normal harvest. The lower-than average yields produced grapes that created lush,
incredibly rich wine. The grapes were hand harvested, destemmed, and crushed into a
stainless steel fermenter for 15 days prior to pressing. After completion of
malolactic fermentation the wine was aged in French and Hungarian oak for 15 months.
Intense aromas of black cherries and ripe plum are complimented by a background of
spicy oak. Rich flavors with layers of complex, round tannins interlocking with rich
oak flavors, and a long intense finish. Enjoy this red wine with a wide array of
food dishes that include beef, ripe cheeses, and pastas in rich sauces. Winemaker

- Victor Hugo Opulence 2003 - This wine is 28% Malbec, 24% Cabernet Franc, 24% Merlot, 12% Petit Verdot, and 12% Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2003 season had an early bud break followed by a serious April frost and a warm summer with a slightly earlier than normal harvest. The lower-than normal yields produced grapes that created lush, incredibly rich wine. After hand harvesting, the grapes were crushed, fermented in separate batches, and left on the skins for an average of 18 days prior to pressing. Each variety was barrel-aged separately in French and Hungarian oak for 17 months before blending. The wine was then barrel-aged in French and Hungarian oak for another 10 months before bottling. Complex, elusive aromas emanating from the multi-varietal blending include hints of black cherry, sage, and allspice intertwined with spicy oak. Flavors are deep and rich with layers of pleasantly assertive tannins overlaid with toasty oak. The finish is lush with piquant acidity. - Victor Hugo Petite Sirah 2004 - This wine is 100% Petite Sirah. The 2004 season had an erratic set and some shatter followed by a warm summer with a slightly earlier than normal harvest. The lower-than average yields produced grapes that created lush, incredibly rich wine. Hand harvested, destemmed, and crushed the must was fermented and macerated for nearly a month prior to pressing. After completion of malolactic fermentation the wine was aged in American oak for 16 months. A delightful aroma profile best described as "spice rack". Fresh ground black pepper, bay leaf, and clove predominate with some toffee in the background. The wine is a mouthful with an elegant and concentrated sufficiency of rich tannins and toasty oak followed by an extended rich finish. Enjoy this red wine with spices!! - Victor Hugo Syrah Rose 2005 - This wine is 100% Syrah. The 2005 season followed a wet winter that reinvigorated the vines, and judicious cluster thinning produced small clusters that had a longer than normal hang time. This produced grapes that created lush, incredibly rich wine. Upon arrival at the winery fruit had 36 hours of skin contact in older French oak barrels. Yeast was added and the wine was barrel aged for 4 months. Enticing aromas of orange peel and ruby grapefruit with floral components in the background. The palate is full and rounded with a long persistent finish. Isenhower Columbia Valley Syrah 2000 - Rated a "91" by Wine Enthusiast. Dark berry fruits, earth and white pepper with rich, almost meaty fruit flavors are more reminiscent of the Rhone Valley than Washington. A big but well balanced wine with well-integrated, mouth coating tannins and very good acidity. Velvety texture and richness makes the Syrah approachable now yet very cellar worthy.
