- Fire Station Red Shiraz 2002 - This Shiraz is highlighted by aromas of blackberry jam and toast. It is fruit forward with delicious balance and a long vanilla finish. Enjoy with steak, lamb, burgers, pizza, and pasta. Great with BBQ and spicy Mexican food.
- Oak Hollow Chardonnay 2002 - Aged six months in French Oak, this full-bodied white giving a lot of fig and ripe tropical fruit character. Delivers a clean crisp finish and expresses a very pleasant grapey aroma. A stylistic wine made to be served chilled. Pair it with mild cheeses, fruits, and buttered seafood. Excellent with fish and pasta dishes such as Fettuccini Alfredo.
- Oak Hollow Viognier 2002 - This delicious full-bodied white varietal opens fragrantly with notes of anise and honeysuckle alongside the more tropical elements expressed of pear, apricot, and pineapple. Structure is provided through a citrus and mineral core. The finish is crisp and balanced making this a wonderful accompaniment to a sweet seafood dish or butter-based sauce. Delicious alternative to Chardonnay. Best enjoyed slightly chilled.
- Oak Hollow Cabernet Sauvignon 2000 - This wine has hints of oak, chocolate and raspberry. This full-bodied wine is the perfect companion to roasts, chops and stews. Try it with a chocolate dessert.
- Oak Hollow Merlot 2000 - From the Red Top Vineyard, this full-bodied wine is aged six months in French oak. With a bouquet of satin cherry and raspberry, this wine loves the palate. Goes down easily with red meats, lamb and Italian dishes.
- Oak Hollow Syrah 2001 - Dark and intense with an earthy core of blackberry, minty sage, currant and leather. Full-bodied with big, velvety tannins and a well-balanced feel in the mouth. Delicious with gamy meats like venison, duck, pheasant, turkey or sausage. Ideal slightly below room temperature.
- Oak Hollow Zinfandel 2001 - A delicious, full-bodied red expressing fancy oak, wild berries and floral notes hinting of violets and honeysuckle. Focused and fruity, with very delicate spicyness and a lingering finish. Very approachable with soft, ripe tannins and a sensuous plum note throughout. Wonderful with grilled meats and fusion-style cuisine. Serve slightly below room temperature. In short supply.
- Prospero Central Coast Chardonnay 2001 (Stone Label) - Up-front and lively, finishing delicately with hints of honeysuckle, citrus, pear and an array of earthy, mineral flavors. You'll find this bright, medium-bodied white perfect with fish, pasta, and mild white cheeses. Best enjoyed slightly chilled.
- Prospero Central Coast Chardonnay 2000 (Tapestry Label) - This Prospero Chardonnay is a fruity, full-bodied wine dominated by the tropical flavor of pineapple. There are hints of apple and pear in the finish. Serve it with fish, light meats, fruit and cheese.

Our Chardonnay won gold in two categories - Limited Production wines (under 1,500 cases produced).
- Prospero Central Coast Merlot 1999 - This Merlot is a melange of rich berry nuances, raspberry, blackberry with hints of currant. Flavors of cocoa and espresso bean give to this Merlot lively acidity. 18 months of barrel aging creates soft tannins with structure. The finish is delightful and quite complex. This Merlot presents a great balance of pleasurable drinking and sophistication. The Prospero '99 vintage has received numerous accolades to include a gold medal in the Orange County Fair. Very limited.
- Prospero Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon 2000 - Beautiful flavors of raspberries, cherries, nutmeg, and leather. The rich aroma hints of black currant and earth. A delicious, full-bodied Cab that is versatile enough to enjoy every day or be served with a special meal. You'll find this bright California-styled red best enjoyed slightly below room temperature.
- Prospero Sonoma County Merlot 2000 - Loved throughout the world, this sensuous, noble varietal has taken hold in California. The soft, vibrant nature of the grape shows through delightfully in this delicate, mellow, very easy drinking red. Floral and earthy with hints of mocha and red berries. Delicious alone or with a light meal.
- Sadler-Wells Cabernet Sauvignon 2001 - This red wine is made from 100% cabernet sauvignon grapes from 3 different vineyards; the majority is from one in the Mayacamus mountain range that is truly a "gem" property, one in the Sonoma mountains,and one in the valley around Kenwood. The wine is aged 30 months in first- and second year French oak barrels. 2001 is the best growing season since 1997. The wine has a dark red color. The fragrance is soft and inviting. The long growing season brought excellent fruit concentration and firm yet soft tannins that lead to an elegant feminine finish. It goes will with robust meals that include meats as well as a delightful accompaniment to desserts, and particularly with chocolate.

- Victor Hugo Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 - is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and has undergone malolactic fermentation and was aged in French and Hungarian oak for 25 months. It has intense aromas of bing cherry and ripe plum complimented by a background of spicy oak. Rich flavors with layers of large, soft tannins interlocking with rich oak flavors and a long, rich finish. This elegant wine will compliment a large array of fodd dishes, but is best with beef, pork, and chocolate desserts. Winemaker Victor Hugo Roberts. Family owned and estate bottled. 217 cases produced; only 15 to Georgia. From Paso Robles region along the coast between San Francisco and L. A. While enjoyable now this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon will continue to improve with proper cellaring with a plateau of best drinkability from 2006 - 2014. Gold medal winner.
- Victor Hugo Hunchback 2004 - This wine is 50% Malbec, 30% Syrah, and 20% Petit Verdot. The 2004 season had an erratic set and some shatter followed by a warm summer with a slightly earlier than normal harvest. The lower-than average yields produced grapes that created lush, incredibly rich wine. After hand harvesting, the grapes were crushed, fermented in separate batches, and left on the skins for an average of 18 days prior to pressing. Each variety was barrel-aged separately in French and Hungarian oak for 15 months before blending and bottling. Complex, exciting aromas created by multi-varietal blending. Hints of plum, rose petal, and wild sage are intertwined with spicy oak. Flavors are balanced and rich with layers of pleasantly assertive tannins overlaid with toasty oak. The finish is rich and lush. Enjoy this red wine with a wide array of food dishes that include beef, ripe cheeses, and pastas in rich sauces. Winemaker Victor Hugo Roberts. - Victor Hugo Opulence 2003 - This wine is 28% Malbec, 24% Cabernet Franc, 24% Merlot, 12% Petit Verdot, and 12% Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2003 season had an early bud break followed by a serious April frost and a warm summer with a slightly earlier than normal harvest. The lower-than normal yields produced grapes that created lush, incredibly rich wine. After hand harvesting, the grapes were crushed, fermented in separate batches, and left on the skins for an average of 18 days prior to pressing. Each variety was barrel-aged separately in French and Hungarian oak for 17 months before blending. The wine was then barrel-aged in French and Hungarian oak for another 10 months before bottling. Complex, elusive aromas emanating from the multi-varietal blending include hints of black cherry, sage, and allspice intertwined with spicy oak. Flavors are deep and rich with layers of pleasantly assertive tannins overlaid with toasty oak. The finish is lush with piquant acidity. Enjoy this bold abundant red wine will enhance any hearty beef and lamb dishes as well as pastas with rich sauces. Winemaker Victor Hugo Roberts. Family owned and estate bottled. 421 cases produced. - Victor Hugo Syrah 2004 - This wine is 100% Syrah. The 2004 season had an erratic set and some shatter followed by a warm summer with a slightly earlier than normal harvest. The lower-than average yields produced grapes that created lush, incredibly rich wine. After crushing the must fermented for 15 days prior to pressing and settling. The wine was aged in French and Hungarian oak for 15 months. Intriguing aromas of ripe blueberry and rose petal predominate with some spicy oak notes in the background. This wine has layers of round supple tannins and toasty oak followed by an extended rich finish. Enjoy this red wine with a large array of Mediterranean cuisine with a particular affinity for elegant flavor-forward courses. Spring lamb is a must do! Winemaker Victor Hugo Roberts. - Isenhower Columbia Valley Merlot 1999 - "An impressive Northwest Merlot!" Rated a "90" by Wine Enthusiast, this Merlot has aromas of cherries, blueberries, and cardamom. Well-balanced mouth feel with rich texture and beautiful acidity that will allow this Merlot to age gracefully for years.
- Isenhower Columbia Valley Syrah 2000 - Rated a "91" by Wine Enthusiast. Dark berry fruits, earth and white pepper with rich, almost meaty fruit flavors are more reminiscent of the Rhone Valley than Washington. A big but well balanced wine with well-integrated, mouth coating tannins and very good acidity. Velvety texture and richness makes the Syrah approachable now yet very cellar worthy.
- Isenhower Columbia Valley Red Table Wine 2000 - Inspired by French country wines, the Red Table Wine is an equal parts blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. Aromas of tobacco, Bing cherries, and oak spices lead to a generous mouth feel and a soft finish.
