Altacima 6.330 Premium Reserve 2003

Aroma: Cassis, mora and cherries with some and vanilla all harmonically ensembled, giving the wine a big aromatic complexity.

Palate: The same fruits as in the nose, very juicy with delicate toasted tones of barrels, full bodied, ripe and silky tannins. It lasts long in the palate with a distinctive elegance.

Color: Deep Ruby

Ageing: 60% in French oak (Nevers/Vosges/Troncais) barrels (1/3 new, 2/3 second and third use) for 14 months, 40% in stainless steel vats at a lower temperature.

Grapes: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 10% Syrah, 5% Petit Verdot.
